The
design concept was inspired from the universal
balance of nature, yin – yang.
•
The
design achieves this through the balance of positive
spaces ( built space) and negative spaces (landscape
spaces), giving the project an international campus
ambience.
•
The design
is evolved around a central landscape court which
houses the formal gardens , entrance lobby and
meditation zone.
•
The
entire campus has been raised making the campus
a vehicular free zone.
•
The orientation
of the built form is done in a manner that makes
the entire campus an energy efficient project
as all the direct heat gain faces houses the services
areas and all other spaces face the central court
which remains in shade throughout the day.
•
All
the spaces have at least two sides open, facilitating
ample natural light , also they face the central
landscape zone, providing a visual treat effecting
as stress busters for people working in the campus.
