Lohia

The group was founded in the 1960s by Shri Mukundasji Lohia .The idea to offer quality homes to the people of Pune was indeed noble and had immense potential so the two gentlemen decided to transform their dream into reality. Slowly and steadily the business grew and today what is popularly known as Mukundnagar was then under the able command of Mukundasji Lohia. He gave shape to the suburb and made it a prime area of residence. Mr. Purushottam Lohia started looking after the business activity from 1984-85.

Jain

Jain family is originally based in Dondiacha (Dist. Dhule) and involved in the business of Pulses & Friedgram, manufacturing, trading, cold storage & farming. Mr. Madan Jain and Mr. Pradeep Jain from family joined the Lohia Jain group and involved in Real Estate Development & Construction activity. The late Shri Hastimalji Jain founded a co operative bank – the Merchants Co operative Bank Ltd. It was the only ISO 9001-2000 Co operative bank in Maharashtra to have enjoyed the status and won several state level awards. Among other things the trust also ran a public school and a cultural centre. Today the sons Shri Shantilalji and Shri Kantilalji carry on the rich cultural heritage.

The cultural ethos and the ethics of good business are still retained as strong values by the group that runs it today.

•    Mr. Purushottam Lohia - is the Chief executive of the group. He is well versed with the land development and construction business and it has been said of him that what he does not know in the construction business is not worth knowing. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the Poona Hospital.
   
•    Mr. Madan Jain - is a full time Director of the company and takes active part in the goings on. He has a keen eye and never fails to pull up anyone who does not deliver quality. Mr Madan Jain and ethics go hand in hand. Always enthusiastic to try out new techniques he offers a fresh perspective to the business. For the past 16 years he has been successfully looking after the project management and financial activities.
   
•    Mr. Pradeep Jain - is the technical director and looks after the various aspects of construction. A civil engineer by profession he brings to the business the required touch of skill and benevolent supervision.
   
•    Mr. Aditya Lohia - is young, dynamic and brings energy to the group that is hard to copy. He oversees the various projects and injects the right amount of enthusiasm without making it seem frivolous.

This Company runs the Construction business at Pune. It is in partnership with Mr. Purushottam Lohia, his son Aditya Lohia and
Mr. Madan Jain & Mr. Pradeep Jain of Pune. The Company is into residential, commercial and IT Projects.
