Mr. Purushottam Lohia is a Chief Executive of our group. He is also on the Trustee board of the Pune’s prestigious Poona Hospital. Lohia family is associated with land development and construction from many years and it is one of the most reputed names in the construction business. Mr. Purshottam Lohia is the head of the group. Under his over all supervision the group functions. He looks after property acquisition and liasoning with various authorities.

Mr. Madan Jain, is a full time Director and involved with related activities. Always enthusiastic about new technique he is very particular about quality. He is an overall key personal of the Group and always adheres to highest ethics. He is the Co-founder of the group. He has done his M.B.A. (Finance) from Pune. He is involved in this business from the past 16 years. He looks after overall Project Management, Finance & general administration of the group.

Mr. Pradeep Jain is a Technical Director, who looks after the various aspects of construction work with our own team – all under the skilled supervision. He is young enthusiastic civil engineer from Pune. He is looking on site activities of the group.
