- Manufacturing of Friedgram in (Dalia-Futana), Pulses and Besan having manufacturing facility at Dondaicha. This is group’s oldest activity (Since - 1950). This business is run through M/s. Kishor Food Products (P) Ltd.

- Chain of Cold Storages – The group is having 3 Cold Storages each one at Dondaicha, Nandurbar & Jalgaon. The fourth one is also coming up at Jalgaon which has been started by 31st December, 2004. There are two more proposed Cold Storages at Shahada & Navapur, which will be completed by 2005 & 2006. In all there will be 6 Cold Storages by the end of December 2006.

- Construction Activity – Group is also engaged in building construction activity at PUNE. Group in Constructing Residential and Commercial Projects and recently also ventured in IT. PARKS.

Besides these Main activities group also has interest in Real Estate & Farming.

For the year ended March 2005 Group is expecting gross Sales revenue of Rs.100 millions from activity One & Two and gross income Rs. 15 millions.

Group is family owned business Groups Activity has been started by Late Shri. Hastimalji Jain who had great vision. He also commanded very high reputation in business as well as Social Circles. He was also founder of Co-operative bank named The Merchants Co-operative Bank Ltd., Dondaicha. Subsequent to his death all the Shareholders unanimously changed the name of Bank as The Hasti Co-operative Bank Ltd., Dondaicha – which is only ISO 9001-2000 Co-operative bank in Maharashtra as well as it has won Several State Level Best Co-op. Bank awards. The trust founded in his memory also runs Public School & Cultural Centre.

After Shri. Hastimalji His two Sons Shri. Shantilalji & Shri. Kantilalji guided the group to reach the present level.

1) SHRI. SHANTILALJI JAIN (Age 62)

A deeply religious and very hard working person. The group has grown under his supervision. Now retired from day to day activity and provides his valuable guidance on business issues. At present he provides most of the time to religious and charitable activities.

2) SHRI. KANTILALJI JAIN (Age 58)

He was in charge of Administrative, Finance & Accounting Dept. of group. He is very Social & reputed person in the area. Also involved in lot of Social activities. He is also Chairman of The Hasti Co-operative Bank Ltd. and President of Hasti Charitable Trust. At present he is associated with groups of Real Estate Business and Social and Charitable activities.

1) MADAN JAIN (Age 42) - Edu. – M.B.A. (Finance) from Dept. of Management,
Pune University.

He looks after overall Management of the group. He is in charge of Construction activities at Pune. Also responsible for Chalking out future growth plans. He was also Chairman of The Hasti Co-operative Bank Ltd., Dondaicha for 5 years (1994 - 1999). Associated with Many Social & Charitable organist ions.

Diversification in Wind Energy Generation is his idea and he is in charge of WEG Division.

2) ASHOK JAIN (Age 36) - Edu. – B.E. (Electronics) from M.I.T. Pune.

He look after the manufacturing activities of business, Cold Storages and farming. He is very hard working and intelligent Person. Responsible for all technical jobs including Machinary erection, Maintenance and Manufacturing of all the division of group. He is also looking after farming activities & group.

3) KISHOR JAIN (Age 36) - Edu. – B. Com., Pune University.

Though academically brilliant student, decided join family business at the age of 21. responsibility for groups administrative, finance and taxation matters. Also looks after Sales & Marketing function of Manufacturing division.

4) KAILAS JAIN (Age 34) - Edu. – B. Arch. From Pune University.
(College – Abhinave Kala Mahavidyalaya Pune).

He is architect by profession. Also responsible for Designing and Commissioning Cold Storages of group. He is also looking after real estate development and Construction business as well as practicing architect.

5) PRADEEP JAIN (Age 32) - Edu. – B.E. (Civil) from Pune University.

Young & Energetic Civil Engineers. Looks after Construction activity at Pune. He is responsible for all Constructions Sites at Pune.

1) KISHOR FOOD PRODUCTS PVT. LTD. –

The main company of group. It’s core business is Manufacturing of fried gram, pulses & Besan. It is reputed Company and it enjoys good reputation in market regarding quality of products as well as enjoys good standing in the market. For last 5 years Sales are going by 5% quantitatively (As prices of agricultural Commodities fluctuate widely so Rs. Turnover cannot be compared strictly) despite very stiff competition and many new manufacturing units coming up in the market area of Company.

The Company has recently decided to enter into Packaging of it’s Products into small quantities which will give value addition. Company expects to increase it turnover by 15% and profitability by introducing packaged products.

Till last year Company enjoyed the benefit of Sec – 80 IA of income tax applicable for SSI units. Now from this year, to take the advantage of accelerated depreciation on WEG, Company has decided to set up WEG (Wind Power Projects). Due to tax break WEG proposal are very attractive, viable & feasible. The Company is totally debt free and unsecured loan portion consist of deposits of family members.

4) K. S. COLD STORAGE, NANDURBAR -
This Company operates Cold Storage at Nandurbar. It is having very high occupancy almost 95% and doing very well.

5) K. S. COLD STORAGE & WAREHOUSING COMPANY, JALGAON
Jalgaon is very Large APMC Market and largest Centre for manufacturing pulses. This cold storage is running Continuously above 100%. Capacity from last 2 years.

6) H. B. INVESTMENT CO. (P) LTD., PUNE -
This Company runs the Construction business at Pune. It is in partnership with Mr. Purushottam Lohia of Pune, who has been in this business from last 20 years and command very high respect in this business. The Company is Constructing residential, commercial and IT Projects.
